Primary Responsibilities Apply personal and corporate knowledge to tailor solutions and build partnerships, empowering clients to gain competitive advantage in their markets Support business and technology executives to solve key challenges within the financial services industry early on in your career Gain exposure to one or more of the following segments: Commercial banking including: commercial lending and leasing, SBA lending, equipment finance, alternative business lending, agricultural lending and farm credit Treasury management Risk regulation and compliance Mergers and acquisitions Retail banking including: payments processing management, consumer payments landscape, merchants acquiring, loyalty programs, mobile payments Consumer lending and leasing, mortgage and home equity What You’ll Bring To The Team Sharp analytical thinking and an interest in solving complex problems Ability to stay organized and manage priorities in a fast-moving environment Demonstrated leadership potential through academics, extracurriculars, or prior work experience Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for contributing to team success Curiosity and a passion for continuous learning and innovation Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in progress, with an expected graduation date between December 2025 and July 2026 Legally authorized to work in the United States without limitation or sponsorship now or in the future (e.g., OPT, H-1B visa, TN, etc.) Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 Reside within 50 miles of your assigned office prior to your start date; our culture emphasizes team collaboration within a hybrid work model Ability and willingness to travel Monday – Thursday (up to 50%); travel expenses covered by West Monroe Preferred Qualifications Majors with a focus in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance Familiarity with data analysis and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) Interest in commercial banking, retail banking and banking technology Company Values and Equal Opportunity West Monroe is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
