Position Summary

As the CRO, you will be responsible for driving all revenue-related functions including enterprise sales, go-to-market strategy, sales process development, and team building.

You will lead a high-performance team, craft compelling market narratives, and ensure repeatable and scalable revenue execution across startup and growth-stage environments. Additionally, we are looking for someone who can roll up their sleeves and personally shepherd the most important clients to conclusion.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in enterprise and mid-market SaaS sales, is a proven leader of enterprise sellers, and thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Sales Leadership

  • Drive revenue growth through direct enterprise sales, targeting complex $1M+ SaaS deals.
  • Leverage experience with legal, technical, and multi-stakeholder sales to shorten deal cycles and maximize ROI.
  • Coach, lead, and develop high-performing enterprise sellers with a proven record of quota attainment.

Sales Team Management

  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of top-performing A-players.
  • Build a culture of accountability, data-driven decision making, and operational rigor.
  • Implement and optimize sales structures, compensation plans, and performance metrics.

Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute VibeIQs sales and market penetration strategies across enterprise and mid-market segments.
  • Lead market crafting efforts, ensuring the sales team communicates value and differentiation effectively.
  • Identify new opportunities for market expansion, including vertical and regional plays.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success to ensure alignment across the customer journey.
  • Drive strategic partnerships with system integrators (SIs), technology partners, and other GTM stakeholders.

Startup Execution & Scale

  • Bring startup experience and a scrappy, hands-on leadership style to accelerate company growth.
  • Build foundational SDR and lead generation processes.
  • Expand into new geographies, including European GTM efforts as needed.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience in SaaS, with significant enterprise sales responsibility.
  • Demonstrated success managing enterprise sellers and consistently exceeding $1M+ deal quotas.
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise sales cycles, with an ability to navigate complexity and close large deals.
  • Experience with market crafting introducing and scaling products in new or undefined categories.
  • Proven strategic thinker who makes data-informed decisions and sees around corners.
  • Knowledge of PLM, merchandising, or retail SaaS solutions is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in high-growth or VC-backed startups; a successful exit is a plus.
  • Familiarity with strategic partnerships and channel development is a strong advantage.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with European go-to-market strategies and regional startup launches.
  • Hands-on experience managing SDR teams and / or building demand gen engines.
  • Background in fundraising or exposure to M&A environments.
