Elastic Pictures is seeking a skilled and adaptable Simulation Artist to join our Knoxville, Tennessee based team. In this role, you’ll contribute across various areas of the 3D pipeline with a focus on creating simulations for water, fabric and particle systems. We value results more than tools, so whether you use Houdini, Blender, C4D, X-particles, or Embergen - If you consistently deliver stunning visuals, we want to hear from you. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities are essential.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with animation team to create quality animations for a variety of clients
Troubleshoot and problem solve any technical issues that may arise
Communicate effectively with team members and project managers
Meet project deadlines and milestones
Requirements
Proficient with VFX and Simulations pipelines.
Ability to work within a team from concept to completion of a project.
Ability to maintain high quality design working within a fast paced environment.
Strong sense of design for motion and visual storytelling.
Adaptable design thinking in many different styles.
