About the Role:

Enavate is currently looking for a client Account Manager in North America with a solid history of exceeding goals and managing client relationships. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through a consultative and team-based sales approach by strategically positioning solutions and services to meet our clients' needs. The role also includes coordinating the efforts of internal experts and external solution vendors to develop customized proposals and collaborate with each client to ensure their needs are met.

Your Impact and Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong client relationships to promote loyalty, satisfaction, and growth.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, courtesy calls, follow-ups, and social media outreach.
  • Hunt new business through outbound calls and by attending industry shows and events.
  • Understand client industries and business needs to position Enavate solutions effectively.
  • Develop sales plans and manage full sales cycles from prospecting to closing.
  • Prepare timely, accurate proposals and quotes for products, services, and maintenance renewals.
  • Promote sales of additional solutions, including Cloud services, BI, consulting, training, and development.
  • Schedule and facilitate product demos, strategic meetings, and whiteboarding sessions.
  • Drive client engagement at events, webinars, and sponsored activities.
  • Manage pipelines and sales cycles using CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365CE).
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date on Enavate solutions and industry trends.
  • Demonstrate core competencies in client focus, communication, teamwork, leadership, and business insight.

What We're Looking For:

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

  • Minimum of three years in a sales representative role within the ERP industry (or similar) with consistent annual quota performance.
  • Strong background in solution selling, preferably within ERP and/or management consulting.
  • Proven success in optimizing revenue from existing client bases.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions and Cloud technologies required.
  • Ability achieve sales results and create strategic connections.

Technical Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience managing sales activities through CRM systems (Dynamics 365CE preferred).
  • Understanding of sales, promotion, and client service best practices.

Soft Skills

  • Outgoing, relationship-driven personality.
  • Excellent communication skills (listening, speaking, writing).
  • High energy, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to travel by air or car and stay overnight as needed (less than 20%).
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and teamwork skills.
