Accounts Receivable Manager - Lead Growth & Innovation at DaBella

DaBella is seeking a future-thinking Accounts Receivable Manager to elevate our accounting operations and drive continuous growth. Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire AR cycle, implementing smart, growth-oriented solutions for invoicing, payment collection, and reconciliation.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team, emphasizing collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Drive performance by analyzing KPIs and leveraging insights to optimize workflows and boost efficiency.
• Manage collections and disputes, applying strategic leadership to resolve issues and ensure positive outcomes.
• Work closely with sales, finance, and customer service teams to enhance processes and drive cross-functional success.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of AR management experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in Excel and accounting software (e.g., Sage Intacct), with a focus on growth through process optimization and data-driven strategies.
• A visionary leader who thrives on driving innovation, teamwork, and operational excellence.
