Now Hiring: Full-Time Activities Director Responsibilities: Develop an activity program that is both sufficiently diverse and sensitive to our resident’s needs. Determine individual resident interests and expectations regarding preferred programming. Conduct assessments to ascertain physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities of each resident. Supervise and participate in events alongside the department. Other duties as assigned by the Administrator. Qualifications: Prior experience managing staff is preferred. Ability to work independently or as part of a group. Computer knowledge. Previous long-term care experience as a Life Enrichment Coordinator is required.
