Job Summary
We are seeking honest, hard working, and energetic individuals for a part time position caring for and working with children 6 weeks through 6 years of age in an afterschool program.

The hours needed for this position are from 3 to 6 pm Monday through Friday.

(Additional hours and/or subbing opportunities are available.)

Health and Safety Training Provided! CPR and First Aide Certification Provided!

Must be at least 16 years of age to apply. This is a perfect position for a second or after school job.

After School Teacher's Aide Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining a fun and safe learning environment.
• Assist in maintaining schedules and routines.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
• Maintain the healthy and safety of all students.
• Maintain a clean environment for children and teachers. This will require light housekeeping responsibilities.
• Assist children in developing self-care habits.

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

• Experience working with children in a group setting
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Efficient classroom management skills
• Exemplary work ethic
• Excellent multitasking ability
• Team player mentality is a must!

Candidate must be willing to undergo a background check, health assessment, TB test, and complete all health and safety training requirements.
