Job Description

Reynolds Law, LLP, is seeking an experienced business associate attorney to join our Northern California offices.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in:

* Entity formation and representation
* Succession planning
* Business purchases and sales
* Contract drafting and negotiation
* Commercial leasing

A background in tax and accounting is highly valued. The position offers the opportunity to work directly with a senior partner in managing a diverse and active transactional practice. Candidates must be committed to client service, professional growth, and establishing themselves within the firm’s geographic market.

Qualifications

* Active license with the State Bar of California (required)
* Minimum of three (3) years of business transactional experience
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Strong organizational and analytical abilities
* Ability to manage multiple matters with efficiency and precision
* Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, attorneys, and staff

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
