About the role Required skills and experience reflect senior level responsibilities in art direction and design across multiple media, with demonstrated ability to create high-impact work that aligns with brand objectives and connects with audiences. The role requires strong collaboration, premium visual storytelling, and the ability to lead visual direction for long-form documentaries and episodic content, with a human-centered storytelling approach. The candidate should thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and be able to communicate clearly with clients and cross-functional partners. Qualifications Substantial experience in art direction and design across multiple mediums (television, digital, print, experiential, activations) with a portfolio demonstrating craft, visual storytelling, and versatility A proven ability to develop high-impact work that aligns with brand objectives and resonates emotionally with audiences Polished presentation skills and the ability to clearly communicate the creative vision and how it addresses client challenges A desire to explore premium expressions at the intersection of performance sports and culture Experience leading the visual direction and design of long-form documentaries and episodic content, crafting authentic, human-centered narratives through imagery and storytelling Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with creative partners, strategists, producers, and clients A desire to lead and contribute within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, inspiring others and pushing the work forward A bachelor’s degree, design emphasis preferred Six-plus years of experience in an agency setting Compensation and work arrangements The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is $75,000–$180,000 USD. Individual compensation varies based on location, responsibilities, experience, and qualifications. A competitive benefits package is offered. We support a hybrid work model with teams in the office on an average of four days per week.
