We are looking for a Service Technician / Diagnostic Mechanic to join our growing Service Department. This role will require knowledge for repair and maintenance to factory and dealer standards for a variety of year, make, and model vehicles. This job is commission only based on FLAGGED hours for Repair Orders. FLAG Rates vary based on Technician experience.
Responsibilities:
Performing vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards for Used Vehicle Fleet.
Conducting multi-point inspections to make appropriate recommendations to ensure safety and reliability of Used Vehicles.
The technician is responsible for having an inventory of normal auto repair tools. Specialized Tools and Equipment onsite.
Working with Vehicle Sales Department to ensure that vehicle meets standards for inclusion in Used Vehicle Fleet.
Perform basic diagnosis and repair for various year, make, and model vehicles.
Requirements:
Ability to Stand, Stretch, and reach, and use hands for repair for up to 8 hours per day. Technician provided with bay, tool area, and specialized equipment.
Ability to work on rotating Saturdays and some Holidays.
Pass a pre-employment Drug Test and Background Check including MVR.
VALID Driver's License Required (must obtain GEORGIA driver's license within 30 days of employment if applicable)
