We are seeking a seasoned AWS Solution Architect with strong expertise in .NET development and DevOps practices to join our team for a long-term, remote opportunity with a direct client in the airlines industry . This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on technologist to architect scalable cloud-native solutions, modernize legacy systems, and drive technical innovation across enterprise-level applications.
Required Skills & Experience:10 14 years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years as a Solution Architect .
Proven expertise in AWS cloud architecture , services, and cost optimization strategies.
Hands-on experience with .NET / .NET Core development in large-scale, enterprise applications.
Strong proficiency in DevOps practices , including CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions), Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
Experience with modernizing legacy applications and cloud migrations.
Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and security best practices on AWS.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Airlines industry experience is highly preferred and will be considered a strong advantage.
AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional or Associate
Microsoft Certified: Azure or .NET related certifications
DevOps-related certifications (e.g., AWS DevOps Engineer, Docker/Kubernetes)
