Part-Time / Full-Time
Job Responsibilities:
Bake Fresh Goods: Prepare and bake various items, including bread, pastries, cake, and seasonal specialties, following our recipes and quality standards.
Ingredient Preparation: Measure and mix ingredients accurately, ensuring consistent quality and flavor in all baked products
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of baking ingredients and supplies and report low inventory needs
Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized baking area, including proper sanitation of tools and equipment
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery of baked goods.
Qualifications:
Previous baking or pastry experience preferred.
Knowledge of baking equipment and ingredients
Strong attention to detail and a passion for baking
Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
