Attorney Needed – Atlanta Court Representation

The Law Office of Jeffrey B. Kelly, P.C., is seeking an additional attorney to represent our consumer bankruptcy clients.

Responsibilities:

• Attend court hearings live in Atlanta.
• Work closely with clients, trustees, administrative staff, and the lead attorney.
• Communicate effectively with a high volume of clients via Zoom, video, text, and email.
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Must be licensed and a resident of Georgia.
• Full-time commitment of approximately 40 hours per week.

• Advise clients by weighing available options toward a successful outcome and plan a course of action
• Determine case strategies and solutions to serve clients’ needs after analysis
• Draft correspondence, legal pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Argue motions in court on behalf of clients during legal proceedings

• Able to work independently while handling multiple files
• Communication, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, and public speaking skills required
• Candidates must currently be a member of their local bar association - active member preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is necessary

• Must be an active member of the Georgia Bar
