Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and friendly Bartenders to join our team! This position plays a big role for creating and providing best member experience and satisfaction.

Your ultimate goal should be to provide an exceptional member experience.

This position will be seasonal- Our season runs from October through May.

Responsibilities

Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
Make suggestions based on member preferences
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
Interact with members, assess needs and preferences and make recommendations
Up-sell when appropriate
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Deliver checks and process member charges
Cooperate and communicate with all service and kitchen staff
Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines

Qualifications

1 year minimum experience in an upscale restaurant, country club, resort or similar establishment
Resume and proven working experience as a Bartender
Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
Experience with developing constructive working and interpersonal relationships with colleagues and members
Experience with Jonas Encore/Micros or similar POS system
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Team player
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Active listening
Good physical condition
Customer-centric
High school diploma; food safety training, or other related certificates will be considered a plus
Must be able to work days/nights/weekends and holidays
Must have reliable transportation.. housing can be provided
