Join Zuma Vail as our  Bartender . Zuma Vail is opening soon, bringing our world-renowned contemporary Japanese dining experience to the heart of the mountains. We’re now hiring passionate, energetic professionals to join our opening team.

 

Our Ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for creating unforgettable dining experiences for our guests by crafting exceptional cocktails, providing attentive service, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere at our bar. With your expertise in mixology and dedication to customer satisfaction, you will contribute to the success of Zuma as a premier dining destination.

 

Main Duties

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, spirits, wines, and other beverages to guests, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality in every drink
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders, making recommendations, and providing information about the menu offerings
• Create innovative and visually appealing cocktails using fresh ingredients, house-made syrups, and premium spirits, following Zuma's recipes and standards
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including bar tools, glassware, and garnishes, in compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards
• Monitor inventory levels of beverages, ingredients, and supplies, and communicate any shortages or replenishment needs to the bar manager or supervisor

• Naturally friendly, customer-oriented, and skilled at creating memorable dining experiences
• Previous experience as a Bartender in a high volume, high-end restaurant, hotel, bar, or hospitality establishment preferred
• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
