Requirements to apply
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited school • Active Washington State Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license
• Minimum three (3) years of behavioral health experience; experience in supervision, program development, PACE settings, and working with older adults preferred
• Valid Washington State driver’s license and proof of insurance
• Must meet Washington State qualifications as an approved clinical supervisor

Reporting to the HAWP Medical Director, this role oversees clinical care, staff supervision, regulatory compliance, and program development.
