CTG is seeking to fill a BEOL Integration Engineer position for our client in Malta, NY.
Duration: 6 months
Role Overview:
This contract role requires a BEOL integration technical expert with 15+ years of hands-on experience in integrating materials and structures into semiconductor process flows that meet yield, reliability, and performance goals. The engineer will serve as a subject matter expert, guiding the team on complex integration challenges and sharing best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor teams on BEOL integration strategies and problem-solving approaches.
Integrate materials and structures into process flows, ensuring technology criteria are met.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve process and integration issues.
Provide technical guidance and document best practices for complex integration challenges.
Required Skills & Experience:
15+ years of BEOL integration experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
Deep understanding of materials, structures, and process flows.
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and improve process yield and reliability.
Strong mentorship and team leadership capabilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
