Your New Role
As a Brand Ambassador Manager at Angel Water, you'll take charge of managing a high-energy team of lead generators in a major retailer's warehouse throughout Chicagoland. Your job is to drive success through hands-on leadership, guiding the team to exceed their goals and ensure top-quality leads.

• Manage and inspire a team of lead generators
• Create and implement strategies to maximize lead generation
• Collaborate with store partners and build strong brand presence
• Train, coach, and develop team members to exceed performance goals
• Monitor performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to enhance results

• 1-2 years of managerial experience, preferably in lead generation or sales
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience in a retail or customer service setting is a plus
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
