As a Senior Associate, you analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and maintain exemplary standards while building meaningful client relationships and navigating ambiguity.

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 3 years of Consulting, Risk or IT Audit experience.

What Sets You Apart

  • Master's Degree in Accounting, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Management Information Systems, Business Application Programming, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or Information Technology preferred.
  • PMP, CISA, CISSP, or Agile certifications (including CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist).
  • Excelling in project delivery methodologies and technology risk.
  • Understanding emerging technology trends and risks.
  • Leading teams to establish direction and motivate members.
  • Developing project risk management strategies.
  • Identifying and obtaining new service opportunities.
  • Utilizing creative thinking and flexibility in tasks.
  • Building and sustaining meaningful client relationships.
