• Associate Attorney – Business Immigration (Spanish-Speaking)

About the Role:

Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking an experienced and motivated Associate Attorney on behalf of a well-established boutique immigration law practice based in Coral Gables, FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background or interest in business immigration law , and the ability to work with a sophisticated, international clientele that includes corporate executives, investors, entrepreneurs, and professionals across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in business and employment immigration matters before USCIS, the Department of State, and other government agencies.
• Draft and review petitions, applications, and supporting documentation for visas such as L-1, E-2, EB-5, EB-2 NIW, O-1, H-1B, and PERM .
• Conduct client consultations, develop legal strategies, and provide consistent case updates.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys and paralegals on complex immigration matters.
• Remain current on U.S. immigration laws, policy updates, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school.
• Admission to at least one U.S. state bar.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• 1+ years of experience in immigration law, particularly business or employment-based cases (PERM experience preferred).
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
