Job Description

Job Title: Business Process Consultant MUST have with experience in DevOps and Dynamics 365 AND Government experience

Job Location: Tallahassee, FL (on-site)

Job Duration: Contract through June + extension

Job Overview:

• Prepare deliverables.
• Communicate relevant information to project teams and stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings.

Required Experience:

• Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) with Department staff at various levels.
• A minimum of ten (10) years of IT business/industry work experience.
• A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in performing business analyses on IT projects.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience managing large, software development programs/projects.
• Experience creating process model diagrams.
• Experience translating business requirements into use cases/user stories and acceptance criteria.

Preferred Experience:

• Skills and experience in conducting meetings with individuals and groups of people to discuss business processes. The people involved may be at the manager level or end user level. People may be business-oriented or technical (IT) staff. The candidate will be expected to be the lead in all meetings and discussions related to their analysis. Experience with Joint Application Development (JAD) techniques is beneficial.
• Good verbal/communication skills.
• Good writing skills.
• Good technical writing skills.
• Good problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Skills and experience in business process re-engineering
• Skills and experience in deriving business process and data requirements from analyzing process and system documentation.
• Skills and experiences in translating the information from meetings and written material into process models and/or process flow models.
• Writing skills and experience to create a data dictionary. Experience in the use of Microsoft Word is required

Preferred:

• Preference will be given to candidates who are local.
