Position Purpose:This role supports a positive and productive work environment by partnering with hiring managers on position development and management, coordinating with Labor Relations and managers on employee investigations, and executing system actions for new hires, transfers, rate changes, terminations, payments, and other related tasks. Key responsibilities include developing and managing positions through the Dartmouth systems, submitting and tracking payroll actions, responding to reporting and data requests, and completing special projects as assigned.
