Job Summary and Qualifications

We are seeking a Monitor Technician for our facility to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. What You Will Do In Your Role:

· You will be knowledge of medical terminology.

· You will maintain telemetry supplies.

· You will maintain and make decisions to report patient condition to supervising parties.

· You will perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting of patients and/or equipment up to 50 pounds.

What qualifications you will need:

· High School Graduate or equivalent.

· 6 months of experience in an acute care setting preferred.

· CMT/Cardiac Experience Preferred.

· Completion of Basic EKG/Arrhythmia course. Demonstrated ability to interpret cardiac rhythms and arrhythmias. Must pass a Basic Rhythm test during if interviewed.

· Current American Heart Association BLS Certification is required.
