Our Truckload Division is looking for a highly motivated individual with experience in the logistics industry that thrives in a fast-paced environment. Uncapped commission earning potential.

The Role:

• As a Carrier Sales Representative, you'll be the driving force behind building and maintaining relationships with carriers across North America. You'll work closely with our operations and customer sales teams to ensure that every load is covered quickly, efficiently, and at competitive rates. if you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love negotiating deals, problem solving, and building relationships, this is the role for you.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Source, qualify, and onboard new carriers to expand our network and meet customer needs
• Negotiate rates and secure capacity for a high volume of daily freight opportunities
• Manage load execution: track shipments, resolve service issues, and maintain real-time communication
• Build long-term relationships with carrier partners through consistent communication and excellent service
• Use internal systems and industry tools (e.g., DAT, Truckstop, Company's TMS, etc.) to manage freight movement
• Collaborate across teams to ensure loads are booked, tracked, and delivered on time
• Meet individual performance goals related to gross margin, coverage ratio, and carrier retention

Knowledge and Skills:

• Bachelors degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in freight brokerage and/or asset-based logistics required
• Ability to negotiate and close deals in a high-volume setting
• Strong relationship building and communication skills
• Ability to think quickly and problem solve
• Competitive mindset with a drive to win and grow a carrier book of business
• High energy, self-motivated, and team-oriented
