Who We’re Looking For

We’re growing and looking for a Catering Logistics Driver / On-Site Catering Route Driver to join our San Diego team. This role is the reliable link between our kitchen and our clients, ensuring every detail arrives on time and ready to shine. This role is perfect for someone who loves being part of a high-energy catering environment, thrives on delivering excellent service, and doesn’t mind rolling up their sleeves to make sure every event runs seamlessly. You’ll be the friendly face that ensures our clients and guests are well taken care of, while also helping behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly.

Who You Are

• A people-person who enjoys creating welcoming experiences for clients and guests.

• Positive, energetic, and dependable — you’re the type who can turn a busy day into a smooth one with a smile.

• Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs and being on your feet (we’re always on the move).

• Experienced in catering, hospitality, or food service (major bonus points).

• A safe and reliable driver with a valid license and clean driving record (Mandatory!)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist with the set-up and breakdown of catering events at client sites, ensuring everything looks polished and runs effortlessly.

• Be a go-to support for clients, solving small issues with a professional, can-do attitude.

• Keep spaces neat, organized, and ready for service — presentation matters!

• Transport food orders and supplies to various locations using company vehicles.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary workspace.

• Jump in wherever needed — from restocking to light service support — to keep the day flowing.

• Use a company vehicle to travel between campuses and client locations as part of your daily route.
