About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Advancement Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the advancement efforts of the organization. This includes overseeing fundraising, marketing, and communication strategies to support the mission and goals of the institution. The Chief Advancement Officer will work closely with the executive team, board of trustees, and other stakeholders to develop and implement comprehensive advancement plans, cultivate donor relationships, and ensure the long-term financial sustainability of the organization.
