Your Responsibilities: - Build strong rapport during patient evaluations.
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Prescribe appropriate sessions based on treatment plans to ensure optimal progress.
- Promote patient engagement and adherence to treatment plans.
- Celebrate patient milestones and achievements upon completion of their plan of care.
- Recommend suitable rehabilitation products for home exercise routines.
- Actively engage in professional growth and regular meetings with the Clinic Owner/Director.
- Participate in training programs to enhance clinical and soft skills.
- Establish a personal brand within our practice and contribute to its success.
- Implement effective caseload management strategies for professional and financial success.
