This position is Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM - weekends and holidays off!

Position

The Research Assistant will be part of the site's Phase 1 unit, a dedicated team of five focused exclusively on early-phase clinical trials. This role supports the execution of clinical studies by assisting with study visits, data collection, regulatory compliance, and patient care while adhering to FDA regulations, GCP guidelines, and SOPs. The Research Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring accurate documentation and smooth study operations  while providing an impeccable patient experience in every, single interaction.   while providing an impeccable patient experience in every, single interaction.

Our client is a Clinical Research site network with over 31 research sites across the United States. Their sites conduct Phase I-IV trials in therapeutic areas like cardiology, metabolic disorders, renal, CNS, pulmonology, women's health, and vaccines. They are a fast-growing site network with plans to continue growing their footprint across major metro areas!

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred
• 2+ years in a related healthcare position
• Pleasant, outgoing, and mature. Good communication and time management skills.
• Attention to detail. Self-disciplined and motivated.
• High level of integrity and accountability
• Ability to function effectively and positively in a team environment
• Must exhibit accurate, complete, legible, and timely use of communication methods
• Familiar with medical terminology
• BLS training required
• Computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to navigate multiple online portals
