We are seeking an experienced Commercial Estimator to join our dynamic team in the Construction industry. This role is integral to our business operations and will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for various commercial construction projects, from conceptual design to final bidding. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent numerical skills, and a deep understanding of the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare detailed cost estimates for various commercial construction projects, including labor, materials, equipment, and other related costs.
2. Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates.
3. Conduct site visits and gather all necessary data to aid in the estimation process.
4. Collaborate with architects, engineers, clients, and contractors to gather detailed information about projects.
5. Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure they meet project specifications and budget.
6. Maintain current knowledge of market trends, pricing, and construction processes to provide the most accurate and competitive estimates.
7. Prepare and submit bid proposals to clients, ensuring all bids are submitted on time and in the correct format.
8. Participate in bid negotiations and discussions with clients and stakeholders.
9. Keep detailed records of all estimation documentation, including site assessments and contract terms.
10. Review project progress to ensure costs are in line with estimates and identify any potential issues.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial construction estimation.
3. Proficient in using industry software for estimation and bid management.
4. Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
5. Exceptional numerical and analytical skills.
6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
7. Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications.
8. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
9. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
10. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
