With a leadership team consisting of several individuals with decades-long exposure to CRE lending and investing, they have developed an in-depth and flexible style that enables deal-making across the spectrum of assets classes.

They are seeking someone who enjoys hands-on modeling and underwriting and a desire to grow and develop relationship management skills. Are you up for the challenge?!
A Day in the Life:
You will be situated in an open office environment, in a tight-knit team of real estate and banking professionals. The head of the lending team will receive an offering memorandum on a deal and send it to you for analysis. You dig into the details and model the deal, responding with your recommendation. Discussion ensues and a deal is made…or not. Discernment is key! Being solid with Excel in your modeling will be required, as well as an ability to discuss all asset classes within commercial real estate.
This is an in-office and fully onsite company culture where they cater lunches every day and have a casual dress code (literally jeans and t-shirts are ok). You will receive the most amazing training in this role, and have access and interaction with the bank’s partner companies – an equity investor and a private lender. Your perspective and insights will grow tremendously in this environment. You will be unstoppable within 2-3 years here!
