What Youll Do

• Work alongside experienced Advisors to assist with commercial property sales, leasing, and market research

• Help prepare client presentations, proposals, and marketing materials

• Gain exposure to different property types, including office, industrial, retail, land, and multifamily

• Participate in client meetings and property tours as appropriate

• Support business development and administrative tasks to learn the day-to-day operations of a brokerage

Qualifications

• Current college student or recent graduate interested in commercial real estate

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
