Are you passionate about the insurance industry and looking for a challenging yet rewarding role? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Lines Operations Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and servicing our commercial lines accounts while ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction. This position requires an individual who is not just knowledgeable in commercial insurance but also has a deep understanding of agency operations and is proficient in using AMS360. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property and casualty insurance, endorsements, renewals, and proposal development.
Responsibilities:
As a Commercial Lines Operations Account Manager, you will:
1. Manage and service a book of commercial lines accounts.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
3. Prepare proposals, certificates, and endorsements for clients.
4. Handle renewals and reviews of policies to ensure they meet the clients' needs.
5. Work closely with the agency operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
6. Utilize AMS360 for account management and other operational tasks.
7. Resolve any client-related issues promptly and professionally.
8. Stay updated with industry trends and changes in the commercial insurance market.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in commercial lines account management.
2. Proficiency in AMS360 and other relevant insurance software.
3. Extensive knowledge of commercial insurance, including property and casualty, endorsements, and renewals.
4. Strong client management and customer service skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
8. A customer-focused approach and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
9. A high level of organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
