We’re looking for a  Community Relations Manager to join our team!

Be our storyteller!You'll coordinate a community relations plan that  sparks interest and inspires others to join us.

We're looking for a  Community Relations Manager to help us build strong relationships and raise awareness. You'll be the face of our mission in the community.

✅ Build partnerships through community outreach and sharing stories.

✅ Cultivate donor relationships and secure contributions to support our work.

✅ Create and implement awareness campaigns within the local faith community.

✅ Collaborate on grant proposals and applications for funding.

SCHEDULE:  Days, Salaried, hours will vary based on the needs of the agency event planning, travel 1-2 hours outside of Lincoln will be required as needed - agency vehicle available,  Office location: Lincoln.

What YOU’LL Need:

• A resourceful and solution-oriented mindset 
• Motivation to thrive in a dynamic and growing organization
• Two years’ experience in a similar position
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or a related field
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities while communicating honestly about your timelines, challenges and questions.
• Previous experience with grant writing, volunteer management, and experience with nonprofit fundraising
