GardaWorld Security Services is Now Hiring a Concierge Security Officer!

As a Security Officer – Concierge, you will focus on customer service, as you will work with people across all shifts in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

What’s in it for you:

• Site Location: Mesa/AZ
• Set schedule: Full-time, Sat & Sun 7 pm - 7 am/ Mon 3 pm - 11 pm / Tues 7 am - 3 pm, and 40/hr per week
• Competitive hourly wage of $18.50(Daily Pay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of a High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Must have the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
