Adamas Building Services is interviewing for a Concierge with experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey. We have openings at our Jersey City, NJ location.
Shift: Friday Saturday 7 AM -3 PM Sunday Monday 3 PM-11 PM
Pay Rate: $17 00
The ideal candidate will have superior experience in the following areas including, but not limited to:
+ Excellent customer service skills
+ Meet/Greet residents and guests to determine the nature of their visit
+ Direct guests and visitors to appropriate destination
+ Check-in and announce incoming guests
+ Receiving packages and deliveries
+ Resolve complaints from residents/guests
+ Perform basic clerical duties: answering telephones, faxing, copying, etc.
+ Folding and washing towels
+ Light organization/cleaning of assigned work area.
Requirements
+ Ability to build positive relationships with high level of interpersonal skills
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment
+ Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality
+ Must be able to lift boxes up to 25 pounds
+ Must be able to work and stand on your feet for several hours
+ Must be proficient in handling office equipment including complex multiple lined telephones, printers, copy machines, etc.
+ Dependable, punctual and able to work flexible working hours
+ Must pass comprehensive background checks
+ Support the organization vision, mission and core values of the company
