Construction Project Manager
Direct Hire - Houston, TX (Relocation Provided)
Salary: $125-150k, 4 weeks PTO, Benefits, 401k, Stock options
Travel: 30-40% including International

Position Expectations:

• Over 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.
• Coordinate across different departments or teams within the organization.
• Experience in industrial, military, factory, or MEP projects or any large-scale project installing equipment.
• Ensure effective and long-term relationships with clients.
• Ensure timely response in case of questions or concerns.
• Provide clear and concise product information to clients and end users.
• Communicate with client and 3rd party contractors about requirements and scheduling.
• Implement, track, and improve on-site installation and inspection processes.
• Communicate with install supervision daily to ensure install runs smoothly.
• Document and communicate any install needs/obstacles with procurement and engineering.
• Ensure close out documents (as-built submittal, user's manual, final inspection, commission tests) are delivered and updated in a timely manner with accurate and client specific information.
