Salary: $130,000 - $170,000 per year

Job Details Responsibilities
1. Oversee and manage all aspects of ground-up K-12 school construction projects from inception to completion.
2. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
3. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
4. Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
5. Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities.
6. Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
7. Apply project management methodologies and enforce project standards.
8. Minimize project exposure to risks by identifying and managing project risk.
9. Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
10. Conduct project post mortems and create a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
11. Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of project management experience in the construction industry, specifically with ground-up K-12 school projects.
3. Proven experience in strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
4. Proficiency in project management software tools.
5. Competency in contract management, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
6. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Strong working knowledge of construction processes, means and methods, knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
9. Ability to plan and see the “big picture”.
10. Competent in conflict and crisis management.
11. Excellent problem-solving ability.
