CONSTRUCTION SALES - FOUNDATION REPAIR & WATERPROOFING SYSTEMS (Hampton Roads Area)

AMC - Atlas Master Companies specializes in foundation and Waterproofing systems. Our 2-Million-dollar facility is located at the tri-cities of Norfolk, Virginia Beach and Chesapeake Virginia. AMC has been in business since 1993 celebrating our 32nd Anniversary in 2025. With over a quarter century of trust we continue to attract the best sales force in Hampton Roads. Our compensation package includes top commission rates, base salary (negotiated) company car, bonuses, retirement, health insurance and many other incentives.

Currently, AMC is seeking candidates with the ability to close the deal. We are looking for seasoned sales personnel with the ability to connect with the customer. Proof of sales experience and income required.

We expect our staff to operate with integrity and professionalism. Our Sales team members (project manager’s) income ranges from $110,000 to $250,000.

Position includes inspecting homes with structural, drainage, moisture control and water management problems providing solutions for homeowners and businesses.

Candidate must have moderate technical skills and willing to learn basic customer tracking software. Candidate will work from our Norfolk Office for team meeting when not meeting with customers. Areas of service include as far North as Williamsburg, VA, westerly to Smithfield, Suffolk, extending south, towards North Carolina/ Virginia line, with all cities in the Peninsula and Southside area. These areas include all cities of Hampton roads Newport News, Hampton, Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake. and surrounding area.

New team members will be personally trained by the owner and other senior sales staff members. Complete support will be offered by our office staff. All training will be at our corporate office in Norfolk, Virginia. Sales background is required, construction background preferred.

POSITION STANDARDS:

• Construction sales/Project Management preferred
• Proven track record of selling a minimum of $750,000 a year in similar sales
• Must be lively and with outgoing personality and groomed appearance.
• Physical ability to perform inspections as required to complete bid.
• Strong communication ability.
• Willing to learn CRM – Customer Service Management software and utilize smart phones, laptops and other electronic devices.
• Average math skills required.
