Position: Lead Superintendent

Location: Miami, Florida

Salary Range: $130,000.00 - $170,000.00

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Lead Superintendent to oversee an upcoming $100M construction project from ground-up to handover. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of ground-up construction processes. The Lead Superintendent will work alongside the Senior Project Manager and take full responsibility for field operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight: Lead the construction project from inception to completion.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of up to 5 field reports.
• Collaboration: Work closely with subcontractors, owners, and inspectors.
• Operational Management: Take full ownership of field operations, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Workplace Culture: Maintain strong leadership, creating a team that people want to work for.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 15 years of construction experience
• Strong background in ground-up construction with a track record of leading successful projects.
• Experience working with larger construction firms preferred.

Skills & Tools:

• ProCore proficiency is a must
• Microsoft Office efficient
• Bluebeam experience
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Presents well, confident in knowledge, and follows through on commitments
