Provide contractual review and compliance support for Construction Services and Generator Rental and Service divisions. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in reviewing/preparing ITBs Review all contracts, purchase orders, change orders from project inception to completion on both private and public works projects Coordinate with Sales Department for scope & price accuracy Notify Production Department of project requirements, scheduling, or job-specific safety requirements Ensure all insurance, bonding, and safety compliance requirements are met Review terms and conditions, with emphasis on preventing company liabilities Negotiate indemnity terms to limit company liability Enroll in and maintain all OCIP, CCIP, and WRAP programs Obtain and track all bid bonds, performance bonds, and payment bonds; complete contract close-outs Approve POs & COs for billing Act as a backup to receptionist if needed Answer front desk calls if receptionist is unavailable Other duties may be assigned as business needs require COMPETENCIES/REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma/GED 1-2 years contract experience required Energetic, forward-thinking, and creative with high ethical standards and a professional image Well-organized and self-directed team player Experience with Word, Excel, and applicable database programs Construction contract experience strongly preferred Team player Strong language arts skills If you’ve always wanted to really make a difference, have your contributions mean something, and work for a place where loyalty, integrity, and hard work still matter, we want to hear from you!
