Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts and subcontracts to align with project requirements.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with contractual terms and conditions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage contract changes, claims, and dispute resolution processes in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison between clients, contractors, legal teams, and project managers to facilitate communication and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of contracts and associated documentation.
• Ensure all contracts adhere to legal, regulatory, and company-specific standards.
• Provide support for tendering and procurement processes, ensuring contract terms are clear and favorable.
• Identify potential risks in contracts and propose mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize contract administration processes.
• Proficiency in commercial contracts, including drafting and negotiation.
• Demonstrated expertise in contract management and administration within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to construction contracts.
• Proven ability to manage claims, disputes, and contract modifications.
