Job Details
Are you detail-oriented, great with numbers, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We’re seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team and play a critical role in supporting our mission of providing cutting-edge Security and HVAC solutions.
In this role, you’ll assist with creating estimates, drafting proposals, and maintaining clear and professional communication with customers. You’ll be a key point of contact for clients and work closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth process from inquiry to implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the sales team to develop accurate and competitive estimates for HVAC and Security solutions.
Prepare detailed proposals tailored to client needs and project specifications.
Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely updates and addressing concerns.
Maintain organized records of customer interactions, proposals, and estimates.
Support the sales team in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups.
Stay informed about our product offerings, including HVAC, power, energy controls, and life-safety solutions.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/ GED
1+ year of sales experience or HVAC experience
Experience in HVAC Controls or Building Automation preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
