LOCATION: This role is open in Dallas, Texas, or Orlando, Florida.

What You'll Be Doing:

You’ll assist in crafting unforgettable corporate events, working with clients to bring their visions to life. You’ll master the art of logistics, collaborate with top-tier vendors, and deliver seamless experiences—from high-energy conferences to unforgettable incentive trips.

💼 Your Key Tasks Include:

• Coordinating event logistics, from venue selection to onsite management.
• Building relationships with clients and delivering exceptional service.
• Managing budgets and keeping events cost-effective.
• Supporting on-site operations to ensure events run like clockwork.
• Gathering feedback and brainstorming ways to make the next event even better!

What You Bring to the Table:

• Passion for event planning and project management.
• A degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related fields.
• 2-5 years of experience in event planning, project management, or a related field.
• Superb organization skills and attention to detail.
• Stellar communication and a team-first mentality.
• Tech-savvy with bonus points for event software experience!
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when the excitement happens.

✈️ Travel Requirements:

This role involves travel based on client and event needs, including venue sourcing, site visits, and on-site event management.

Salary Range:

💰 $50,000 - $80,000

Salary is dependent on a variety of factors including (but not limited to) experience, skills, and location.
