Job Description Corporate Travel Agent Location: Scottsdale, AZ Lodge Link’s Travel bookings department is seeking a Corporate Travel Agent in Scottsdale, AZ. We are looking for an experienced Travel Agent to join our team on a permanent basis, with expertise in coordinating complex travel arrangements for clients. Preference will be given to candidates with corporate travel experience, including executive and international travel. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team focused on modernizing workforce travel through innovative technology. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to obtain ARC Accreditation. Duties and Responsibilities Handle Incoming Requests: Use appropriate travel tools and systems to fulfill requests Search and confirm reservations Apply client travel policies accurately Provide travel offers and advice Respond to requests thoroughly Understand and apply travel supplier rules Maintain current industry knowledge Provide industry information, such as fares and penalties Support LodgeLink travel initiatives Quality & Service Excellence Meet and exceed team goals following company policies Communicate clearly and personally Prioritize high volume requests effectively Ask questions to understand customer needs Display empathy and manage difficult conversations professionally Assist customers via email and phone Provide exceptional customer support Perform other duties as required Qualifications 3+ years of experience booking complex travel, preferably in a corporate setting Knowledge of Microsoft Office and travel industry systems (GDS – Sabre preferred) Excellent communication and technical skills Ability to handle multiple priorities Work independently with discretion Strong customer service skills High patience and empathy levels Problem-solving and critical thinking skills Flexible working hours Nice to Have Diploma or degree in tourism or related field ARC Accreditation (not mandatory) Knowledge of travel industry policies and procedures Visit for more information.
