Job Description
Location: MCI Norfolk based out of Southern Sector (BPR, OCCC, MTC, MCI Norfolk, PCC). Virtual with in person component
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm M-F 8 to 4 possible night/weekend when/needed
Pay rate: $50,000/annually

Qualifications:
Bachelors preferred or in pursuit of Bachelors or equivalent experience in criminal justice, human services, education or closely related field required.
DOC experience and/or Alcohol/ Drug certification preferred
Minimum of high school diploma or GED required
The Tablet Technician/Counselor :
Has a variety of administrative duties in support of virtual programmatic operations.
Reports to the Tablet Program Director and provides all aspects of administrative support to the program director and program.
Participates in a multi-disciplinary team meeting on a weekly basis or as directed.
May include evening and weekend programming. Must have the means and ability to travel via own personal vehicle to all DOC facilities in Massachusetts to complete job functions.
