Our Insurance Specialists start at $37,960 per year, plus bonus. Our top Insurance Specialists earn an extra $3 per hour with bonus (with an additional $0.50 an hour in onsite differential).

As an Insurance Specialist, you will go through our paid training program to obtain state licensing to officially become a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent!
\nOnce licensed, you will represent one of the nation’s top insurance providers by taking inbound calls from warm leads to close the deal on insurance sales. You will interact with customers to understand their needs and offer the best solutions for them. Using strong relationship-building you will provide an exceptional customer experience for customers.
