About the Role

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading a team to success? We’re looking for a Customer Service Lead to guide and grow our customer service team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and developing team members while ensuring top-tier service across all customer touchpoints. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics to create a seamless experience for our customers.

What You’ll Do Team Leadership & Development
  • Assist Branch Managers in recruiting and managing Customer Service Representatives (CSRs)
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and training
  • Develop growth plans aligned with company goals
  • Train team members on communication, transaction handling, and problem resolution
  • Promote ownership and accountability in customer issue resolution
  • Establish performance standards and foster a culture of teamwork
  • Drive process improvements and implement team initiatives
  • Coordinate product and service training with Product and Marketing Managers
Customer Experience Management
  • Maintain Level 2 Customer Service responsibilities
  • Support assigned Field Sales Partners and manage inbound support channels
  • Engage with customers via social media
  • Stay current through professional development and industry engagement
Transaction Management & Reporting
  • Approve product exchanges and returns
  • Compile and analyze weekly KPI reports
  • Present monthly progress updates to branch leadership
Cross-Department Collaboration
  • Work closely with Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics teams
  • Facilitate open communication to resolve customer issues
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to improve operations

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

  • 1+ year in Sales (Required)
  • 1+ year in Customer Service (Required)
  • 1+ year in Management (Required)
  • Skills & Abilities:
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail
    • Solid computer skills (e.g., email, CRM systems, spreadsheets)
    • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn technical aspects of products and services
  • Language: English (Required)
  • Relocation: Must be able to relocate to Seattle, WA 98134 before starting
