Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Location: Remote (within 1 hour of Mason, OH) | Equipment pickup from Mason, OH required

Duration: Temp-to-Hire

Training: Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Virtual)

Shifts: Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM to 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Role Overview

Provide high-quality multi-channel customer support (phone, chat, email, social media, US mail) for Client . Resolve customer issues, escalate unresolved problems, and ensure a positive experience while supporting Retail Client goals. Work remotely in a distraction-free environment and manage company-provided equipment responsibly.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver customer support across multiple channels and resolve service/product issues.
• Escalate unresolved problems appropriately.
• Maintain professional, accurate, and courteous communication.
• Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction standards.
• Set up and return company-provided equipment per guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High School Diploma/equivalent preferred (required for permanent conversion).
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Basic math and intermediate PC skills (Microsoft Office, internet, browsers).
• Remote work capability in a distraction-free space.
• Ability to pick up, set up, and return company equipment.

Preferred

• Previous telephonic or in-person customer service experience.
• Retail or field experience.
