We are looking for a highly motivated, empathetic, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be the voice of our company, managing inbound and outbound customer inquiries, scheduling services, and ensuring every customer interaction is positive and professional. salary: $24 - $25.01 per hour

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries regarding service appointments, billing, general questions, and service cancellations.
- Efficiently schedule, reschedule, and confirm customer appointments using our internal systems, optimizing technician routes and ensuring timely service delivery.
- Act as a first-line troubleshooter, proactively resolving customer complaints and concerns with professionalism, aiming for first-call resolution.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume call center, customer service, or administrative role is preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to maintain a calm, professional, and courteous demeanor during stressful situations.
- Comfortable navigating multiple software systems simultaneously (CRM software, scheduling tools, Microsoft Office Suite).
