HIRING NOW! Seeking experienced Customer Service Representative to assist within the Transportation Department and on-the-ground Operations Teams.

QUALIFIED CANDIDATES MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED:

• At least 2 years prior experience working in a mid-to-large Call Center / Dispatch / High Inbound Telemarketing positions
• Must have strong computer skills

LOCATION: The Bronx (onsite)
COMPENSATION: $18.50 to$19.00 based on experience / hr. + excellent benefits
EMPLOYMENT: Full-time

Must Be Flexible To Work Both Shifts:
7AM SHIFTS AND 3PM SHIFTS (5 day work week includes weekends two days off during the week)
Must be flexible to accommodate schedule changes if needed
Ability to work weekends is a must!

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong customer service and trouble-shooting skills
• Minimum two (2) years of work experience in Customer Service - Prior dispatch/or Call Center experience
• Call center experience such as high-volume calls making 100-200 calls/day
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Must be detailed oriented
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish is plus)
• High school diploma or equivalent

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer incoming customer inquiries
• Data entry by recording customer information in database
• Offer support and solutions to customers by following company's customer service policies
